Julia Bauer
Co-President
1.5 Years with WUTIS
Julia recently finished her B.A. at Lauder Business School, specializing in International Finance. In addition to her studies, she has gained experience in Asset Management at Raiffeisen Capital Management, in Management Consulting at zeb and in Investment Banking at mayerhöfer & co and Clairfield International.
Felix Friedrich
Co-President
1.5 Years with WUTIS
Felix is currently studying Business & Economics at WU and spending a semester abroad at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). He previously gained experience in Sales Development at XING and kununu, as an Audit Associate at KPMG, and a Research Assistant at WU. Most recently, he worked in M&A at Raiffeisenbank International AG.
Laurent Bauer
Vice President
1.5 Years with WUTIS
Laurent is currently pursuing his M.Sc. in Finance & Accounting at WU Wien. Alongside his studies, he serves as an Analyst and Investment Committee Member for two Emerging Market Private Debt Funds at Impact Asset Management. Prior to joining IAM, he gained experience in Risk Management at Erste Group and in Sales at a unicorn startup.
Juliane Freund
Treasurer
1.5 Years with WUTIS
Juliane just completed her B.Sc. in International Business Administration at WU. She is currently working at a Corporate Finance Boutique in Financing and M&A and has previously gained experienced in International Accounting at one of Austria’s biggest banks.

Emil served as President during the academic year 2024/25 and recently finished his B.Sc. in Business & Economics at WU. He is currently working as an Analyst in the Global Corporate Banking department of Bank of America in Frankfurt.
Jan Niziolek
Former Treasurer
HSG
Jan served as Treasurer during the academic year 2024/25 and finished his B.Sc. at WU, specializing in Finance. During the course of his studies, he has gained work experience in M&A at Rothschild & Co and Livingstone, as well as in Private Equity at AURELIUS.
Aristidis Tentis
Former Co-President
WU
Aristidis served as Co-President during the academic year 2023/24 and recently finished his B.Sc. in Business and Economics at WU Vienna. In addition to his studies, he gained relevant experience in Private Equity at Cathay Capital and in M&A at i5invest and Lazard. Currently, he is undertaking another Private Equity internship.
